4W Properties was started by owners who couldn't find a manager that treated their buildings the way they would. So we manage yours that way.
Who you'll work with
4W is run by its principals. Will Wiard, a licensed Virginia real estate broker and Arlington resident, leads operations and is the day-to-day contact for owners and tenants. Scott Peschiani handles accounting, owner distributions and reporting.
